With rapid pace of establishing retail stores to expand the market share, client needs to work with a reliable IT service parter to achieve the IT service target in quality and speed. In the continuously effort in subscribing telecommunication service till the completion of IT devices &networking installation, a dedicate &dynamic IT service team from IT partner is required to work closely with client.

Project management methodology is always used, as well as a dedicate PM is always assigned to manage &support in opening new stores or any change on decommissioning or changing existing stores. Depending on the request's priority, impact level and/or the problem category, Brocent delivers the first line remote support and/or hotline support 9x12x4, while the field IT support team always follow the SLA constrains to present onsite within the demanded time-frame in supporting help desk and users to resolve the technical issues.

With the initiative of upgrading IT infrastructure Cisco globally, client needs a professional CISCO veteran &expertise to perform the initial onsite survey so as to understand the requirement of time &material ,and have a sufficient preparation before the planned deployment. 

It is standard work and process in stack &rack, well the major challenge from client perspective is to  have a senior CISCO engineer with a very good English communication, as this may need in-depth technical analysis and have further collaboration with remote SE in terms of troubleshooting and go-live jointly test. Brocent assigns one P3 CISCO engineer ,and 2 x P2 CCNP engineers on this mission, finally we finished the Physical Installation, Upgrading and Replacement , and furthermore one day post implementation onsite support makes client peace mind, and wins the success together.
