Customer is facing significant wireless network issue, that cause service disruption by the abnormal network in the warehouse. Brocent engineers use Airmagnet and Channalyzer to perform active and spectrum survey, and finally identified the Rogue AP, that caused a lot channel throughput issue. With upgrading to 5.0G network, it improves the wireless network efficiency and resolves the interference issue.
