Vmware works as a critical IT infrastructure supporting as private IAAS platform. However, one virtualized machine becomes malfunctional, that keeps making incidents to the whole VMWARE environment, for which any operation on this malfunctional VM will cause "System Halt", and substantially it will cause the whole Virtualized environment frozen of system windows. Brocent hypercare team finally resolved the issues by analyzing the VMWARE system halt logs.
