Client - A famous Sports Wear Manufacturer reported "System Down" and requested for an immediate onsite intervention to rectify the halted system. The CCNP certified engineer from Brocent hypercare team is dispatched to the site, and again incident was resolved within 15 mins.... Not a problem from switch, or router but copper cable was disconnected mistakenly on patch panel by end user...

Vmware works as a critical IT infrastructure supporting as private IAAS platform. However, one virtualized machine becomes malfunctional, that keeps making incidents to the whole VMWARE environment, for which any operation on this malfunctional VM will cause "System Halt", and substantially it will cause the whole Virtualized environment frozen of system windows. Brocent hypercare team finally resolved the issues by analyzing the VMWARE system halt logs.

Working with the famous international C Level oganization, BROCENT supports client to perform the WIFI Passive Survey in Singapore by using AirMagnetic tools. The survey takes 2 days for 4 floor to collect the WIFI data, perform the data analysis and report.
